Only CAM1 support, CAM3 and CAM5 doesn't work without wifi.
CAM1 also works without WiFi network. Just insert a microSD card and turn on camera, then the camera will start record to the microSD card.
If you are within 30 feet of the camera, you can also connect to the camera's wifi hotspot via mobile phone and watch the live feed video on the APP. The detailed operation steps are as follows.

Turn on camera: Press the ON/OFF button on the camera to turn on the camera. Wait for 30 seconds, and the blue LED is lit up, the green LED is flashing green. (If green LED is not flashing green, please do a reset to the camera, refer to Chapter 4 "Reset Camera" in this manual)

Go to the phone's WIFI setting page, then connect the camera owned Wi-Fi hotspot named "IPC-XXXXX".

Open "KINETCAM" App, Refresh the device list on the App, You can see the video that the camera is as online.

Tap Video Window, set a password to the device for the first use, then can view camera on App.
Tips:
♦ This mode is only applicable when the camera and the mobile phone are very close. If the distance between the camera and the mobile phone exceeds 30 feet, the camera and the mobile phone will lose contact.
♦If you need to watch the video by the camera remotely and in real time, please connect the camera to the router WiFi.
