Why is the picture blurry?

  1. Check if the camera lens is obscured or dirty. Clean the camera lens (ask for an image from the customer).
  2. If residual shadows are visible in the image provided by the customer, ensure that the network connection is stable. Try connecting to a different network.
  3. Verify if the app version is up to date. Go to "Me" > "About" in the app and download the latest version from the App Store.
