The first step: inform the customer of the instructions for using the solar panel
1. If the location where the solar panel is installed can be exposed to sunlight for more than 6-8 hours, the camera can be used continuously without power failure.
2. However, if the location of the solar panel is not exposed to sunlight for more than 6 hours, or it has been rainy for more than 3 consecutive days, the battery will be insufficient and the camera will be powered off.
After the camera is powered off, if it is exposed to sunlight again, the camera will automatically start up when it has power, and no manual operation is required.

As far as possible, ask the customer to provide a picture of the installation location of the solar panel.

Step 2: Test the camera
Let the customer take the camera home, charge it with the adapter, use the camera at home, and observe the power status.

If the power is consumed too quickly, it means that there is a problem with the camera battery, and we will send the customer a replacement for the camera. (Send the M3 model)

If the camera power is normal, the installation location and sunshine time of the solar panel are sufficient, it means that there is a problem with the solar panel, and we ask the customer to purchase the solar panel through the following link. We will refund the customer $20.
