Why my APP does not receive a verification code?

If the customer is unable to receive the verification code, it is possible that it has been intercepted by their email service provider. In such cases, we need to record the customer's APP email address and put it on hold for our Chinese team. Our technical team will manually create an account and password for the customer, allowing them to log in directly and change their password.

We have created an account for you with the email jmackey81@hotmail.com and the password j12345678. You can login and change your password once you are logged in.
